Later, that day, I heard a rumor that Baron Hubert Von Pantz her playboy husband who had a mistress, had crossed the line and she wanted some revenge. 'No risk no fun' is what Hubert used to say. They moved out to Sotogrande in 1989 and played a lot of backgammon, after selling there beach mansion to Denise Rich the wife of Marc Rich the fugitive financier that Bill Clinton famously pardoned. They got five million dollars for it. Hubert was a real Bon Vivant, the kicker is that the original Town & Country Magazine was about the scandals and affairs, of aristocratic rakes inspired by actual events and adultery court trials.. We fit in with all of that !! Lovely people the Von Pantz.....
